Effective team building is an indispensable component of business success.  We work with teams from both public and private sector organisations; management teams, sales and marketing teams, finance teams.  Our aim at Peak Discovery Development Training is to help them to create clear goals, purposeful communication & relationships based on mutual respect and trust.  With us teams that need to achieve results ‘discover the road’ to peak performance.

Teams go through a predictable sequence of team building stages before they reach peak performance.  Our role at PD Development Training is to design a set of tailored experiential activities to move the team through these stages.

Here is how we do it:

• Team building (Teamwork) activities, which build a foundation of trust and explore working practise
• Problem solving projects to raise issues and challenge how the team work together
• Facilitated reviews and feedback sessions
• Psychometric profiling to gain an insight into individual team members personal preferences
• Workshops to agree on team values, and the benefits from one to one feedback between team members
